Customer service is the most important thing to us!! We want you to adore your lashes and experience! If for any reason you’re unhappy, please notify us within three days so we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, we get it! However please notify us no less than 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation may be removed from the book. Also Lash reserves the right to charge a $50 fee to those who do not notify us in a timely manner. Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no-shows or cancel appointments without a 24 hour notice.

Child Policy

We adore your kids, and ours. However our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children. In the event you must bring a young child, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional care taker. There will be a $75 charge if you are unable to provide an additional care taker and you bring your young child with you. Unfortunately Lash cannot provide childcare services. Older children, capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised may wait in the provided seating areas. While this policy helps ensure that all guests have a relaxing, enjoyable experience. It’s created with your child’s safety in mind.
